A Women’s Self-Defense Certification Programs Like No Other…
FIRE is a multi leveled reality-based comprehensive instructor’s program designed by professionals. It is a certification program that will develop instructors academically and physically so they can effectively teach life saving concepts and skills to their students. Instructors will develop the right mindset, learn concepts and acquire skillsets that will enhance their safety and those of their students. KMF FIRE Instructors are an elite level of instructors that are internationally recognized due to their strict adherence to the quality of learning and training that they receive, maintain and provide. Subjects included in training:
Physical and verbal skillset development to address violent situations
How to facilitate safe, controlled safe training environment
Understanding the psychology of violence
Legal ramifications and liability involving use of force
Understanding the social/cultural conditioning of women and how this impacts how they view themselves and personal safety
How women learn differently and how to adjust traditional ways of teaching self defense - Trauma informed practices
Each of the three levels are expertly-designed focusing on specific areas of learning both theoretically and physically. Each level is taught over three nine hour days . Each level builds on the level before it. After 80+ hours of training and instructional time and upon successful completion of the testing process you will be a certified KMF FIRE instructor eligible to teach the program internationally.

FIRE Instructor Certification has 3 Levels.
Level 1 : Fundamentals, stance, strikes, holds & chokes; and Spontaneous Attacks - 3 Days (27-30 Hours) $500 USD
Level 2 : Building on fundamentals from Level 1 and developing skill sets for more advance situations, weapons - 3 Days (27-30 Hours) $500 USD
Level 3 : Advanced training for attacks, weapons, multiple assailants 3 days (27-30 Hours) $550 USD
